Friends of Jack Tizard and Westfield run 2021 London Virtual Marathon

Rachel Smith & Justyna Gnatowska from Jack Tizard school & Una O’Reilly, Chris Betts & Jakub Skwarlo from Westfield will be participating in the virtual marathon on 3rd October with 24 hours to complete 26.2 miles. Donations will provide resources that will enhance the school experience for our pupils as well as enabling us to extend the use of our state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool. This will enable more students & local children who have a range of severe learning difficulties can access this incredible space with their families after school and in the holidays..

Train to Teach

Jack Tizard is a Strategic Partner School within the West London Teaching School Alliance (WLTSA). The WLTSA will be recruiting for 118 School Direct teaching training places (both primary and secondary) for 2016-2017, two of which will be based at Jack Tizard. The Jack Tizard programmes are salaried and lead to the award of PGCE, with the potential for 60 credits towards a Master’s degree and Qualified Teacher Status.

By clicking on the course code for our programmes in the table, you will be able to access further information about specific course requirements and how to apply.

All applications for these programmes must be made online through UCAS. To find any WLTSA programme on UCAS you need to use the UCAS teacher training search tool, naming the provider as The West London Teaching School Alliance.
